U 10 Coaches, Parents and Players - Please Note - NO off sides will be called BUT any Coach deliberately playing a player in a 'Cherry Pick' position will be called for Unsportsmanlike Conduct!
FSR is passing on information from FYSA to all New Rule 402.4 402.4 - Player Hydration In any FYSA sanctioned match a break will be given at the midpoint of each half of regulation time and at the end of each overtime period (if played) for player hydration. This break will be given at a normal stoppage of play and it is mandatory. Violation may result in charges under FYSA Code of Ethics.  Passed by the EC via Conference Call 10/05/05.
Memo From FYSA on Red Cards and Suspensions, Please read...
Game reports must be called in and then mailed/faxed to your AGC immediately by the Winning team.  See Rules for More information. rule c)   The completed game report along with the Team’s Rosters are mailed to the Age Group Coordinator.  These reports must be post marked within one week after the completion of the game.  Games reports that are either not called in properly or mailed properly will be recorded as 0-0 games and  no points awarded.  
Directions to fields updated and available on line, coaches when traveling always call home coach and confirm field location and time before game day
Players sitting out a Red card suspension Must be present at the game and noted on the game report.  It is the Coach's responsibility to sit the player the required numbers of games regardless of Player Pass status.
