TARSA game reports sent to every club, Home team must provide Game report each week. If game reports are not available through your club send us an email as soon as possible! Players sitting out a Red card suspension Must be present at the game and noted on the game report. Game reports must be called in and then mailed/faxed to your AGC immediately by the Winning team. See Rules for More information
Do not send any game reports to the VP addresses on the game report - this is for Red cards only, game reports go to your AGC.
* Reminder the coach is responsible for tracking Yellow cards and after the 5th yellow in 1 season the player must sit 1 game; noted on the game report - failure to do so could result in suspension of coach - see rules!
Coach, make sure you verify the score on the game report and then sign it!

REGULAR SEASON
During the regular season each team will have a FYSA Roster, the Roster has to be printed from the FYSA website, and must list all Players , Pass Number , Uniform Number and Date of Birth. 1st two weeks only a Club Roster will be allowed. The HOME team will provide a TARSA Game Report to the Center Referee. Distribution of the Game Report and Rosters per the instructions on the Game Report. Player passes must be laminated and contain the players photo and their signature on the Pass.
A TARSA Pass with all player Information and Picture must be presented to Referee. In lieu of individual player passes the team may use an FYSA roster with each players picture on the back side, FYSA pass number and name under the picture and the entire roster laminated. An official FYSA state roster printed from the FYSA site must be used and does not require a signature.
FIRST TWO WEEKS OF THE SEASON
An FYSA Roster will be needed from Game 1 on. The Roster must indicate the players names, pass number, and uniform number, Games need to be reported on an acceptable report of game. Player Passes with photos and lamination are required, But may be waived the first two games only. Keep in mind that any Final Decision regarding the playing of the game is at the Referee Discretion. Any game during the first two weeks which the Referee does not allow to be played because any team does not have the above, will NOT be a Forfeit and is considered a Unilateral Postponement.
